The Faces of Our Organization
Linda J. Hoag
Director
Linda formerly worked in financial planning and investment management for almost 30 years. Linda completed her Foundations in Financial Planning through the College of Financial Planning in April 1999. As of February 2002, she received her Registered Paraplanner designation. She retired from the corporate world in December 2007 at which time she started volunteering with the Windham County Humane Society in Brattleboro, VT. While she is a past president, and treasurer of the Board of Directors, she is still involved as a current board member.
Caleb
Our Namesake
Who is/was Caleb? Caleb was our "lil man" furbaby who we were fortunate to have for 11 years. Caleb may have been small in size but he was mighty in many ways. He taught us patience and unconditional love. He also taught us how to look at the world through his meaningful eyes. It is because of all these traits that we wanted to carry on Caleb's legacy in a meaningful way.
Our intent is to help children learn and help teachers facilitate that learning by providing the necessary materials to learn and grow into well-versed amazing adults. With the world the way it is today, these materials are in extreme demand.
Oh, the logo? Caleb is overseeing a star-covered tree, and each star represents a child that has grown from this experience and is taking it out into the world. The process begins at the roots (teaching and learning) and grows into tomorrow's empowered leaders.
